I am a 39-year-old IT geek who spent a huge part of his life not knowing why I am the way I am. At home, I was the boy who never listened; at school, the troublemaker; and at work, the one who refused to do things the way they were “supposed” to be done.
With a lot of luck and intuition, I managed to find ways to achieve a lot by embracing my uniqueness and leaning into my strengths as much as possible. Ironically, because nobody told me there was something medically different about me, I treated my traits as quirks and integrated them into my profession. Instead of doing repetitive work, I automated it. Instead of spending all day on boring tasks, I forced myself to finish in two hours and used the rest of the time to innovate.
On the outside, I was perceived as proactive, intelligent, and a valuable team member. My initiatives were recognized across many companies, improving processes and introducing new ideas almost every month. Yet, at the same time, I struggled with the simplest tasks—booking annual leave, tracking my work, or keeping my desk tidy.
In my late 30s, I finally realized I was objectively different from others. Later, I was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, which came as a shock. I didn’t know much about these conditions, nor did I realize someone could have them without noticing. That diagnosis changed everything for me.
I recognized that many of my strengths and weaknesses were textbook examples of Autism and ADHD. All my life, I had been coping, masking, and adapting to fit into a world that was never built for people like me. And because of the lack of understanding and support, I did everything the hard way.
This is the main reason I decided to take a sharp turn in my life and train as an ADHD coach. I want to help others discover who they are and learn how to play their hand in the best way possible. There is so much value and beauty in this journey. I would be honored to explore it with you.
Q: Do I need to be formally diagnosed with ADHD to work with you?
A: No. A diagnosis is not mandatory. in UK it could take years to receive official diagnose, but if you have ADHD you need support NOW. If you feel ADHD traits are shaping your life and you’d like support, that’s enough to get started.
Q: What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
A: Therapy usually focuses on healing, treating mental health conditions, or processing the past. Coaching is different—it’s about practical strategies, structure, and forward-looking support. We’ll focus on your goals, your strengths, and building systems that actually work for your brain. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, but it can be a great complement.
Q: What kind of coaching do you do?
A: I use the latest ADHD coaching methods that adapt to you. My focus is on turning ADHD specifics from obstacles into strengths. I’m not here to “cure” ADHD—it’s not something that needs curing—but to help you make it work for you. I usually recommend a mix between SMART, EF skills and CBT, according to your specific case.
Q: Do you get what it’s like to be neurodivergent?
A: Yes! I’m neurodivergent too, so I know firsthand how different every brain can be. That’s why I’ll tailor your program to fit your unique needs—and we’ll keep adjusting as you grow.
Q: Are you also experienced with Autism or AUDHD?
A: Yes. I’m autism-aware and certified, so I’ll always take your autism into account during our work together. That said, the coaching will still stay focused on ADHD and how it affects your daily life. If you’re AUDHD, we’ll make sure both aspects are respected and understood.
Q: If I don’t have ADHD but want to support a friend, relative, or employee, can I still use your services?
A: Yes! I can support you in this journey and help you better understand how to provide the right kind of support for them.
Q: Can I bring someone with me to the sessions?
A: Absolutely. If you’d feel more comfortable bringing a relative or a friend, they’re welcome to join. I understand the first sessions can feel a bit scary, and having someone you trust by your side can really help.
Q: What if I cancel my program halfway through? Do I get a refund?
A: Yes. If you cancel your program in the middle, I’ll refund you for the unused sessions—no questions asked. I don’t want to hold onto money without providing the service.
Q: What qualifications do you have?
A: I have the following: Advanced ADHD coaching Diploma (CoE), Life Coach certification (accredited by ICAHP, IPHM, CMA, CPD, and NCCAP), Autism Coach certification, (accredited by ICAHP, IPHM, CMA, CPD, and NCCAP). I am also working to obtain ADDCA certification (almost there!). Unfortunately the classical life-coach approach doesn't take into account the the neurodivergent needs and specifics, so I bring my own brilliance to the mix 😁.
Q: Can I book a single session?
You can, but it will be more as a consultancy session rather than a proper coaching program. I am always available for a chat. Use the vibe check session, and we will discuss the options.
